What are you going to do?

• You book purchase invoices and credit notes in analytical accounting.
• You book financial transactions on a daily basis.
• You will book wages, commissions and miscellaneous entries.
• You will take care of the periodic closings.
• You will prepare the VAT declaration, IC declaration, Intrastat, Prodcom and client listing.
• You are the first point of contact for suppliers (complaints/questions) and internal departments such as sales administration.
• You are responsible for executing payment requests.
• You assist in monitoring and planning the daily cash flow.
• You prepare the monthly reports on cash in/out.
• You prepare the year-end closing and take care of the year-end bookings.
• You contribute to the preparation of the annual accounts.
• You support the auditor in the annual process.
• You ensure that accounting rules and tax legislation are respected at all times in consultation with the tax specialist.
• You continuously contribute to the optimisation of accounting processes.
• You follow up the insurance policies.
• You report directly to the CFO.
  

Who are you?

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy - Taxation or equivalent through experience
• You have already had 5 years in a similar position
  
• You work fluently with Office and you easily master new IT Software
  
• You have strong knowledge of Navision or Business central
  
• You are a problem solver with a proactive mindset
  
• You communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch, French and English
