Your function:

• You are responsible for the follow- up of the administration of customer orders, from order to delivery
  
• You act as a contact person for external and internal customers for their questions and remarks regarding invoicing
  
• You are responsible for the complete administrative follow-up related to the invoicing
• You are responsible for the collection, preparation and control of the billing data for our customers to ensure correct billing
• You take care of the sales reporting to the different stakeholders and the optimization thereof
• You are responsible for the cost price calculations
• You make ad hoc analyses
• You are the key user Navision

• Bachelor/Master in financial/economic direction
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Stress resistant, analytical and flexible
• Assertive and good (change) communicator Fluent in Dutch/French and English
• Knowledge of Windows, MS Office and ERP systems (Navision is a plus)
