Your function:


The Sales Controller/Administrator is responsible for:

  • Sales Administration:
    • Following up the administration of customer orders, from order to delivery
    • You act as a contact person for external and internal customers for their questions and remarks regarding invoicing
    • You are responsible for the complete administrative follow-up related to the invoicing
    • You are responsible for the collection, preparation and control of the billing data for our customers to ensure correct billing
  • Sales Controlling:
    • Taking care of the sales reporting to the different stakeholders and the optimization thereof
    • You take care of the budget monitoring of our projects. This includes cost monitoring, meetings with the project managers, cost analysis and regular reporting
    • Making monthly analyses based on the realised production output
    • Monitoring the cost price calculations
  • Ad hoc analyses
  • Key user Navision

Job requirements

  • Bachelor/Master in financial/economic direction
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Finance
  • Stress resistant, analytical and flexible
  • Assertive and good (change) communicator Fluent in Dutch/French and English
  • Knowledge of Windows, MS Office and ERP systems (Navision is a plus)
