What will you do?
- You will lead service activities related to the IMACD (install, move, add, change & decommision) of solutions produced/distributed by Automation
- You will build long-term relationships with customers based on trust, professionalism and customer satisfaction. This includes ensuring that the services are delivered in accordance with the agreements and SLAs.
- You are ultimately responsible for monitoring, predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance and bring our services in line with future market needs (working on next-level services).
- You are also responsible for both partner management and P&L management
- You work with procurement/vendor management and provide inputs based on service experience
- You act as incident manager in case of service escalations
- You study and convert customer requests or specifications into quotes
- You lead the team (consisting of service technicians and a sales & after sales administrative assistant) on a daily basis, planning their work and on-call shifts and assisting them with advice and assistance
- You maintain the safety management system and ensure that rules and procedures are followed and respected.
Job requirements
Who are you?
- You lead the team (consisting of service technicians and a sales & after sales administrative assistant) on a daily basis, planning their work and on-call shifts and assisting them with advice and assistance
- You have a Bachelor degree in a technical field, preferably in electricity or electro-mechanics.
- In addition to your studies, you can present at least 5 years of relevant experience in leading a service department or as a technical project manager
- P&L management is know by you
- VCA certified
- You have knowledge of / affinity with the products and services of Automation
- You have a good knowledge of ITIL and are experienced in its application
- You can work fluently with current IT tools, including ERP system
- You have a very good knowledge of both national languages and a good knowledge of English
- You are communicative, organizationally strong and have good leadership skills
