Your function:

  • Developing and managing a team of electrical, mechanical and assembly specialists 
  • Preparation, follow-up and organization of the planning
    • Preparation of work orders
    • Follow-up of receipt of materials from the warehouse
    • Ensuring order and tidiness of the department
  • Welcoming and training new employees
    • Ensuring an induction of quality
    • Follow-up of the training plan and route
  •  Monitoring the volumes relating to the components
  • Daily follow-up of the work schedule with the Product Manager
  • Quality check of the production process and finished product
  • Participating in the preparation of the team's annual evaluations
  • Follow-up of issues related to SCC
  • Drawing up a training program for new employees in cooperation with the production manager.
  • Monitoring and assisting in the implementation of a product or project
  • Follow-up of assembly and cabling lines
  • Applying proposals for the efficient expansion of the workplace

Job requirements

  • You have followed and completed a technical or professional degree in Electricity or Electromechanics
  • You can easily make yourself understood in Dutch or French, knowledge of both languages is a plus
  • You have preferably already used your theoretical, electrical knowledge in practice
  • Industrial electricity fascinates you enormously
  • You are good with people; experience in leading a team is an asset
