Delivery Coordinator - Planner

To continue this success, we are looking for an additional Delivery Coordinator - Planner to support our production.

Purpose of the function:

You ensure that people and resources are planned and deployed as efficiently as possible in the production and project management process. This so that Automation can produce with the right quality, delivery time and cost. You will report directly to the Production Manager.

As a Delivery Coordinator - Planner you are responsible for:

• Translating forecasts and orders into production and drawing up a schedule. Coordinating and adjusting this planning. Be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of these processes, deliveries of all kinds.

• Support on a monthly basis in a motivated and documented manner, draw up and follow up an invoicing schedule for the next 3 months, based on detailed planning.

• Be responsible for the short and long-term planning of the production orders and ensure that subcontractors activities are well organized and maintained to achieve optimal performance.

• Drawing up a schedule that employees must adhere to.

• Determine in close consultation with sales on the basis of forecasts, production orders and availability of materials, raw materials and capacities when and in what quantities semi-finished and manufactured products must be produced.

• Together with the production, service, supply chain and project management departments, ensuring that this schedule is met. Intervene in the event of a delay and adjust the planning where necessary. Take an active role in the daily multidisciplinary consultation

Some of your tasks:

• Drawing up and monitoring the planning; fast switching taking into account the actual availability of personnel and goods.

• Have the necessary information available to confirm customer delivery dates and possibly update them where necessary. Always having a perfect view of where we are in production.

• Assist in determining numbers of people, materials and resources in the long and short term as well as mapping the required raw materials, accessories and capacity.

• Processing production orders.

• Maintain contact with the supply chain and procurement teams, and all others involved in the production process.

• Coordinating with subcontractors during production process.

• Monitoring the availability of production drawings.

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree and preferably 5 years of experience as a planner within a production environment.

• You can easily deal with Microsoft Office and ERP packages, Navision is an added value.

• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French, knowledge of English is an added value.

• You work methodically and are strong in planning and organizing.

• You have a strong analytical mind and are accurate.

• You have strong communication skills and are a real team payer.

• You are stress resistant.
