Automation continues to grow strongly. To maintain this success, we are looking for a Solution Line Manager to strengthen our Power Solutions business unit.

The role:

As an expert, you provide technical support to the sales, production, and aftersales processes.

Initially, we offer a compact but intensive training, after which you will be responsible for:

• Determining, monitoring, and evolving the assigned product range and solutions

• Developing complex product designs

• Creating and managing market/sales support materials, including pricing, (sales) documentation, reference lists, technical data, specifications, and tender documents

• Supporting account managers as product expert and preparing offers in collaboration with Inside Sales

• Translating orders into dossiers for Engineering

• Setting and monitoring pricing and margin policy

• Preparing and executing the product marketing plan

• Constantly monitoring the market and searching for new products and other opportunities

• Promotion policy: you define the content and participate in seminars, trade fairs, training, promotional actions, etc.

• You have a master's degree, preferably in electromechanical engineering or a related field, supplemented with several years of experience in electrical engineering in an industrial setting

• You are an expert in electricity

• You are sociable and commercially minded

• You are solution-oriented

• You value continuous learning and development of your knowledge

• You complete tasks on time and pay attention to detail

• You have a neat appearance

• You have good knowledge of Dutch, French, and English

• You have experience with ERP systems (Navision is a plus)
