Today, we are looking for an enthusiastic Process Engineer to strengthen our engineering team.

As Process Engineer, you are the link between engineering and production. You maintain an overview of all production processes and establish methods to support them.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Prepare and manage the form of production files

• Propose improvements for production files and tools

• Establish and maintain procedures for managing technical documents

• Drive the industrialisation of products and processes

• Develop methods and processes to reduce production costs

• Implement modular production/engineering

• Evaluate production machines and optimise tools

• Validate the BOM and BOL structure in our ERP system (Navision)

• Managing industrial designers and the methodist

• You have a master's degree (preferably in industrial engineering) and can complement this with at least 5 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting

• You have experience in machine assembly

• You have knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts

• You know and apply the principles of Lean Management

• You describe yourself as solution-oriented, result-oriented, organisational and decisive

• You have experience in managing people

• You are proficient in MS Office and ERP software (Navision)

• You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English
