Production Supervisor - Datacenter Facilities

Today, we are looking for a Supervisor to strengthen our Datacenter Facilities-team (DCF).

As a Supervisor for the assembly line, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing all production activities. You will oversee current and future projects and ensure efficient planning of employees, resources, and materials. You will work closely with project managers during preparation, execution, and delivery. You will report to the Teamlead Production.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Daily management of DCF and monitoring of assembly activities.

• Detecting, preventing, and solving operational issues.

• Monitoring production efficiency through recorded times.

• Developing the production schedule in collaboration with the Delivery Coordinator.

• Coordinating employees and ensuring compliance with the schedule.

• Attending project meetings and handovers of new files.

• Ensuring all documentation, files, and materials are available at project start.

• Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating employees.

• Determining staffing needs and coordinating with other departments.

For this responsible position, we are looking for someone with the following competencies:

• a strong technical background and demonstrable experience in an assembly environment;

• knowledge of electricity (BA4, BA5);

• insight into quality standards, ARAB, AREI and Lean management;

• experience in managing employees (people management);

• strong communication skills, both in Dutch and French. English is a plus;

• decisive and results-oriented;

• strong planning and organisational skills.
